Active exploration of the Canadian Rockies, Inside Passage and Vancouver Island

Cory Pass hike in Banff NP

'Beautiful British Columbia' the number plates say, and not without good reason. The Rockies are stunning; rugged granite peaks, fir forests and sparkling glaciers interspersed with valleys rich with wildlife - Black and Grizzly bear, deer, moose and coyote. This trip takes in the celebrated attractions and also ventures off the beaten track to visit the perfect turquoise lakes of Yoho N.P. and the wildlife and peaks of Glacier N.P. We continue on to Vancouver Island, where beautiful temperate rainforest meets the sea and the remarkable marine life includes whales, sea lions and orcas. There are great opportunities for hikes throughout the trip, often the best way to explore the mountains and lakes of the region.
